We are absolutely delighted with this award, particularly as ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses and is granted only after an independent and rigorous external audit. ISO 9001 implementation will provide the framework for our continuous drive for product and service improvement. The most important factor, however, is that ISO 9001 adoption will ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers are met through systematic control of all of our activities.
